Position Summary

Each Production Associate will work with the Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager to provide on-site production support to all programs, R&R and ongoing classes, conferences, meetings, and various other scheduled campus events. The Production Associate will ensure that every presenter has all needed supplies and logistical assistance to have a smooth program. This position is an important logistics and customer service role, assuring a high level of service and satisfaction are delivered to faculty and program leadership assistants so that they can support their program guests.


  • Under the direction of the Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager, utilize systematic processes to provide and ensure excellent production support and customer service to all faculty, as well as staff and teachers.
  • Must be professional in actions and appearance and provide a welcoming presence to every faculty, staff, assistants and guest.
  • Must be willing and able to be cross trained in other 1440 outlets.
  • Report questions or unusual requests to Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate with faculty, staff, and assistants via chat, text message system and, if applicable, campus app in order to support guests with any questions or concerns.
  • Assist Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager in proactively keeping track of all supply inventory. This includes ordering replacements, obtaining supply maintenance and keeping supplies clean and organized as per standard.
  • Gather all feedback, concerns, and helpful insight, observed or reported, while supporting faculty, guests, and programs. Report these directly to the Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager
  • Assist Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager with identifying additional opportunities for upgrades and production improvements.
  • Evaluate and maintain all rooms and supplies regularly and make recommendations for additional supplies and equipment that would be beneficial to programs and our campus.
  • Refer to Director of Events and Sr. Operations Manager for direction to provide all necessary supplies and support for programs (i.e. what is needed, when, where, for who, and by whom).
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to serve the program needs of faculty, program assistants, guests, and staff.
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be highly reliable and take ownership for all needed program support.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide faculty support with minimal guidance.
  • Education, work history, or background that demonstrates ability to perform all necessary functions for this position.
  • Strong orientation towards 1440 Multiversity's mission, vision and values.
