Position Summary
Administrative support for Executive Director of Foundation and Director of Philanthropic Programs.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Directors, manage scheduling of meetings for the Canopy Team and the Cohort Partners and their Doctors
- Manage 1440 Foundation/grantee meetings at 1440 Multiversity; establish dates, connect, and communicate with participants, manage guest communique forms, ensure details are managed including billing, write in-kind grants, when necessary, obtain appropriate approvals. Act as liaison between the 1440 Foundation and the participants to ensure smooth hand off to production.
- Manage Foundation email/social media/email address/email routing management
- Professional response to emails, social media posts, create and amplify 1440 Multiversity posts as needed
- Manage grant timing and follow-up, work with Foundation ED on grants, ensure grant reports are submitted, update and manage the Foundation grant tracking tool; some communication with potential grantees will be necessary.
- Update 1440 Foundation website with new grantees, track, and archive accordingly, update content to reflect current strategies
- Presentation support for Foundation initiatives; management of preparation schedule, delivery for quarterly and annual reviews with management
- Coordinate with 1440 Multiversity Production team when needed for Foundation meetings
- Manage communications with leadership program applicants and participants
- Assists in the tracking of leadership program expenses and scholarships
- Support on-site during leadership/advocacy program

Scope:
This role requires working with a team in an office/campus environment. Any need for occasional offsite work or business-related travel is based on business needs. All expenses or commitments of department funds for any reason must be approved in advance by the Foundation Executive Director.
